Plan unveiled to upgrade New Zealand’s million unhealthy, inefficient homes

The New Zealanders are suffering major ill health and economic costs because their homes are not performing properly. The Business Council today unveiled a five point policy to improve the performance of more than a million homes. A summary report and new survey of more than 3,500 New Zealanders' experiences with their homes and their policy preferences have also been published.
